How long does each session of the Psychometrics for HR Decisions course last?

Each Live Online session runs for between 3 to 4 hours. We do intersperse the material and exercises with brief breaks to stretch legs etc. We target these time periods because these are what our pilot groups have told us they prefer for online training that they wish to complete in a short space of time (3 days).
