PsyAsia’s training courses have the benefit of being founded within modern, scientific workplace psychological research and theory. This is then translated into practical concepts that are simple for course delegates to understand and transfer back to their workplace. Within this philosophy is the necessity for facilitators to not only be fully versed in the topic at hand (e.g., Stress Management or Psychometrics), but also to have a strong grounding in psychology of people at work. Given that most people involved in training (whilst possessing their own unique and valued skills) will not have backgrounds in psychology, PsyAsia does not offer our courses as “Train the Trainer” material.
