We guarantee to mark your work by the date noted in the intake timetable (typically within one month from your submission deadline).

We guarantee to remark edited work within 7 days of submission provided you submitted by the deadline given and paid any remarking fees on time. Submission date is taken to be the date we have received BOTH your edited questions AND any remarking fee. For Extended Mode students kindly keep in mind that Level 1 and Level 2 Ability remarking needs to done promptly in order to progress to next Level, therefore, we will issue a shorter deadline and also remark your work within a shorter deadline to facilitate this.

Kindly note the above timescales will be adjusted by 1 or 2 weeks where deadlines occur around holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter, Chinese New Year etc. or where you or a number of delegates in one batch submitted their work late. For delegates who miss the deadline, a late fee is charged. We do not guarantee marking times for those who miss deadlines – we endevour to mark late work as soon as our diary allows.
