For public training courses, you will automatically receive a receipt from our system upon receipt of payment. For independent training registration, pdf receipts are issued upon request.
For companies who require a paper receipt and/or invoice mailed to them, there is an additional charge (please check with us for current fee). Our fees for all services are based on us being a responsive organisation, not weighed down by paper and forms. Additionally, we have a strong commitment to care for the environment. Charging for paper-based receipts and invoices offsets the additional costs incurred by us in this area.
Finally, should you require a receipt that is different to the format of our standard receipt/statement, an administrative fee will apply.
Supplements apply to all of the above for using non-regular mail/airmail services.
