Affiliate commission is credited only when the lead becomes a paying customer and subject to all the terms noted in our Affiliates Knowledgebase. We don’t offer commission for free signups or clicks.
We generate a monthly payout report on the 1st of every month, after this, we review the earned commissions manually for compliance and authenticity. The review process may take up to 7 days.
In common with most affiliate programs, commission will not appear in the payout report until 60 days after the sale. This is to protect against refunds, chargebacks, cancellations etc. At that point, we will approve commission for all valid sales except for services which have not yet been rendered. For these, commission will be approved, but placed in a credit note for you and paid once the service has been rendered.
For example, if the client registered on 23 February for a course which will go ahead on 5 June, the sale will show up on the 1st of the month following 60 days (23 April) which is 1 May. However, because the course has not yet gone ahead, your commission will be held in the credit note until the next payment date after the 5 June course which would be during July. Such a long time to payment is rare, but possible. Most payments will be received around 70-80 days after the sale. Note that the minimum amount for a payout is US$200. If we owe you less than US$200 we will keep your commissions until such time as we owe you at least that amount.
