What is the Psychologist-on-Call Service?

This is a unique service for clients who wish for our Psychologists to undertake the psychometric assessment process for them for hiring or development. We will work with you to choose the most appropriate assessments from the world’s most valid tests, then invite your candidates to complete them. We will then score and produce reports. After this we will either call or meet with your candidates and run a feedback/behavioral interview in line with your job competencies. We will then provide you with full reports and spend time taking you through the reports to ensure a detailed understanding.
